SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders will usually be shipped within 24-72 hours of you placing the order. We ship all of our products within North America! We typically use Canada Post for domestic orders and add USPS for orders that go to the USA. If you require shipping outside of North America, we ask that you message us first so we can arrange shipping & delivery. Special delivery options can be made available at the buyers request, but please message us first.  The typical delivery timeframe is between 3-10 business days, depending on a variety of factors beyond our control.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

We offer a 100% money back gaurantee if the item is defective or damaged. Any item that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in original packaging and sent back to us within 14 days of original purchase date will be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit. You will be notified when we have received the returned item and let you know if your item is eligible. If accepted, you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase, less shipping costs, if applicable. Shipping costs associated with exchanges/returns are the customers responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon. To start a refund, please message us first with your order number and reason for the return and we will guide you through the process. Trust us, it will be easier than it may sound.

EXCHANGES:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received, and once you have confirmation the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please message us with your order number and reason for the exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We can help guide you through the return process. All items being exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging. Shipping costs associated with exchanges/returns are the customers responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon. If you are unsatisfied with your product, it is our goal to make sure the situation gets amended as soon as possible.

EXCEPTIONS:

Items marked as "Final Sale", "Special Order", or any customized item may be ineligible for a return or refund. Store credit may be issued in lieu. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns.
