Returns

We want you to love your Bird & Barley gear. If something arrives defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Unworn, unwashed, undamaged items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed promptly. To get started, simply message us with your order number and reason for return.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem. Please message us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, reason for exchange, and the item(s) you’d like instead. All exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
 

Exceptions

Items marked as Final Sale, Special Order, or customized products may not be eligible for return or exchange. In some cases, store credit may be offered instead.
