WHERE DO YOU SHIP? HOW DOES IT WORK?
We ship all of our products within North America! We typically use Canada Post for domestic orders and DHL for orders that go to the USA. All orders usually take between 3-10 business days, depending on a variety of factors. If you need your purchase shipped outside of North America, please message us first.
CAN WE ARRANGE A LOCAL PICKUP TO SAVE ON COSTS AND TIME?
Definitely! We are located in Edmonton, Alberta. If you are too, then send us a message before you order and we can make arrangements! Isn't shopping local easy?
HOW DO YOUR POLOS FIT?
All of our polos are typically true to size. If you are between sizes, order a size down. Most customers find their regular sizing works. If you want us to size up our employees to give you an idea, send us a message! We recommend taking a look at our size charts to give you a real detailed look. For reference, a 6'0" 190lbs friend of ours wears a medium.
CAN YOU DO BULK OR WHOLESALE ORDERS?
Definitely! We can provide wholesale pricing and customization options for most of our products. Minimum order quanitity will depend on the product you wish to order. Please send us a message if you would like to carry our products in your shop, store, or clubhouse, or if you have any other need for large scale orders!
WHERE DO YOU SELL YOUR APPAREL?
We have started by selling exclusively online, and have been fortunate enough to have partnered with some fantastic local courses. Visit our "Where To Find Us" page to see a full list of Pro-Shops and Academies.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
First and foremost, we want you to be completely satisfied and excited about your purchase. We off a 100% money back gaurantee on all of our products.
Items that you wish to return must be unworn, unused and be returned in original packaging with tags (if applicable).
To begin the return process, please send us a message first with the order number and reason for the return. Items have 30 days from date of purchase to be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs associated with returns are at the expense of the returnee unless otherwise agreed upon.
Please allow for a few days for your return to be reflected on your credit card statement.
