We’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions and answers for your convenience. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please get in touch and we’ll respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP? HOW DOES IT WORK?

We ship all products exclusively within North America. We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $125. Within Canada we use Canada Post, while items shipped to the USA will be carried by USPS. Typical shipping times are between 2-10 business days.

CAN WE ARRANGE A LOCAL PICKUP TO SAVE ON COSTS AND TIME?

Definitely!  We are located in Edmonton, Alberta. If you are too, then send us a message before you order and we can make arrangements! Isn't shopping local easy?

HOW DO YOUR POLOS FIT?

All of our polos are typically true to size, and are an athletic fit. If you are between sizes, order a size up. Most customers find their regular sizing works. We recommend taking a look at our size charts to give you all the specifics you need. 

CAN YOU DO BULK OR WHOLESALE ORDERS?

Definitely! We can provide wholesale pricing and customization options for most of our products. Minimum order quanitity will depend on the product you wish to order. Please send us a message if you would like to carry our products in your shop, store, or clubhouse, or if you have any other need for large scale orders!

WHERE DO YOU SELL YOUR APPAREL?

Our products are located in many pro shops across Western Canada. You may also find us at some local pop-ups, markets and tournaments. Check out our "Pro Shops" page for a complete list of facilties.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

First and foremost, we want you to be completely satisfied and excited about your purchase. We off a 100% money back gaurantee on all of our products.
 

Items that you wish to return must be unworn, unused and be returned in original packaging with tags (if applicable).
 

To begin the return process, please send us a message first with the order number and reason for the return. Items have 14 days from date of purchase to be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs associated with returns are at the expense of the returnee unless otherwise agreed upon.
 

Please allow for a few days for your return to be reflected on your credit card statement.
